These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReplayDirector, a Windows desktop application and related services operated by ReplayDirector ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using ReplayDirector, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ReplayDirector is a Windows desktop application that integrates with OBS Studio to help content creators and streamers capture, organize, trim, label, and export gameplay highlight clips. Features include AI-powered clip titling, automatic watermarking for free trial users, and clip management tools.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ReplayDirector. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
You must create an account to use ReplayDirector. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to ReplayDirector features. During the free trial, clips are automatically watermarked with the ReplayDirector logo. Watermarks are removed for active Pro subscribers. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
ReplayDirector Pro is offered as a recurring monthly subscription processed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. Refund requests should be sent to our support contact. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or after the 7-day window.

ReplayDirector uses Google's Gemini API to automatically generate descriptive titles for your clips by analyzing video frames. By using the app, you consent to short video frame samples being sent to Google's API for processing. No video audio or full video content is transmitted — only compressed image frames. Google's own privacy policy applies to this processing.
You retain full ownership of all clips, recordings, and content you create using ReplayDirector. We do not claim any rights to your content. We do not upload, store, or access your clips on our servers — all clip data remains on your local machine.
ReplayDirector integrates with OBS Studio via WebSocket. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for OBS Studio. Your use of OBS Studio is governed by its own terms and license. ReplayDirector also uses Supabase for authentication and Lemon Squeezy for payment processing, each governed by their own terms.
We may release updates to ReplayDirector from time to time. Updates may be installed automatically through the built-in updater. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features with or without notice, though we will communicate significant changes where possible.
ReplayDirector is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all system configurations. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReplayDirector and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the application or email. Continued use of ReplayDirector after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
