Make sure ReplayDirector is running and the overlay is enabled in Setup. If OBS is open, the overlay window may be hidden behind it — try Alt+Tab or check your taskbar.
Go to Setup and make sure the correct microphone is selected. Try saying "replay that" clearly — the trigger requires at least a 70% confidence match. A noisy environment can lower accuracy.
Confirm OBS is running with the replay buffer enabled and that ReplayDirector shows "OBS Connected" in the bottom-left. The buffer must be active before clips can be saved.
Open the app, go to Account, and click Manage Subscription. This takes you to your Stripe billing portal where you can cancel at any time.
